Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped Spinach/ Baby Spinach.
- 2 tbsp Grated Carrot
- 1/2 tbsp Raw Pumpkin Seeds.
- 1/2 tbsp Raw Sunflower Seeds.
- 1/2 tbsp Roasted Flax Seeds.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 Lemon Squeeze.
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander .
- 1/2 Green Chili Finely Chopped.
- 1 tbsp Dried Black Currents/ Raisin.
Method:
1. Take a large bowl, keep adding one by one.2. Mix gently.
3. Chill it (optional).
4. Serve.
Info: It is very healthy, has loads of iron, good fatty acid and zero Cholesterol and yet yummy.
