Spinach and Seeds Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped Spinach/ Baby Spinach. 
  • 2 tbsp Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 tbsp Raw Pumpkin Seeds.
  • 1/2 tbsp Raw Sunflower Seeds. 
  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted Flax Seeds. 
  • Salt to taste. 
  • 1/2 Lemon Squeeze.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander . 
  • 1/2 Green Chili Finely Chopped. 
  • 1 tbsp Dried Black Currents/ Raisin.

Method:

1. Take a large bowl, keep adding one by one.
2. Mix gently.
3. Chill it (optional).
4. Serve.

Info: It is very healthy, has loads of iron, good fatty acid and zero Cholesterol and yet yummy.
