Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Poha
- 1 1/2 cups Boiled Mixed Sprouts
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 cup Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Finely Chopped
Method:
- Place the beaten rice under water and wash lightly. Drain and leave aside for 10 minutes, heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds, when the seeds crackle, add the onions and green chillies and saute on a medium flame for a few minutes or till the onion turn light brown in color.
- Now add the mixed sprouts and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, now add the turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Now add the beaten rice and lemon juice and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Serve hot garnished with coriander.
