Flax Seeds Chutney |
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Flax Seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1" Tamarind
- 2-3 tsp Jaggery / Palm Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2-3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Method:
- Dry roast the flax seeds in a hot pan, until you get the popping sound, keep aside and let it cool.
- Take a grinder jar, add all the ingredients together and grind until medium smooth powder.
- Let it cool and store in air tight container and serve as required.
