Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Toor Dal
- 1/2cup Moong Dal
- 1cup Chopped Spinach
- 4tsp Olive oil
- 1stp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4cup Chopped tomato
- 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 2tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 2 1/2 cup water( or as required )
- For Paste:
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 4-5 Green Chili
- 1" Ginger
Method:
1. Heat a Pressure Cooker Pan adding 4tsp olive oil.Once oil is hot add cumin seeds, once crackle add onion and saute for 3-4mins.
2. Now add the ginger-garlic-chili paste to it and saute for 2-3mins on low flame.
3. Add tomatoes and saute till it gets soft.
4. To that add turmeric powder, salt and dry mango powder and saute and cook until oil separates from the mixture.
5. Now add washed Dal, spinach n mix well.
6. Lastly add water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistle.
7. Once its cool, open the lid and add chopped Coriander to it and serve hot with Roti/Brown Rice.
