Sorghum/Jowar Utappa
Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Jowar Flour

1/2 Cup Rice Flour
-
1, 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
-
1tsp Finely chopped Green Chilli
-
1tsp Grated Ginger
-
1/2 Onion Finely chopped
-
1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander
-
Salt to taste

Olive oil as required( to grease)

1tsp Cumin seeds
Method:
-
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients one by one, to that add boiling water
and mix well. (Utappa Consistency)
- Heat the Skillet, add few drops of oil and pour the batter and spread.
- Roast both sides until golden brown.
- Serve Hot.
Info: Sorghum ( Jowar) helps manage Cholesterol and High Antioxidants
relative to other grains.
