Kale Paratha
Ingredients:

1.1/2 cup finely chopped Kale
-
1 Large Onion Finely chopped
-
1tsp Turmeric Powder
-
3-4 Green Chillies finely chopped
-
1tsp Sesame seeds
-
1tsp Grated Ginger
-
Salt to taste
-
Water as required
-
Olive oil to Grease
-
1tsp Cumin seeds
-
1 Beetroot Grated
- 2Cups Wheat Flour
Method:
-
Combine all the ingredients in a larger bowl n mix well adding required
quantity of water n knead into Medium soft dough.( Dont add sesame seeds in the
dough )
- Divide n make balls of the dough n slightly press them on sesame seeds n
roll as roti.
- Cook the roti's on medium flame greasing with olive oil n cook both sides
until golden brown.
- Serve hot immediately.
Info: Kale is called Super Foods among all the vegetables.
