Kale Paratha


Ingredients:

  • 1.1/2 cup finely chopped Kale
  • 1 Large Onion Finely chopped
  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3-4 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1tsp Grated Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Olive oil to Grease
  • 1tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Beetroot Grated
  • 2Cups Wheat Flour

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a larger bowl n mix well adding required quantity of water n knead into Medium soft dough.( Dont add sesame seeds in the dough )
  2. Divide n make balls of the dough n slightly press them on sesame seeds n roll as roti.
  3. Cook the roti's on medium flame greasing with olive oil n cook both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot immediately.

Info: Kale is called Super Foods among all the vegetables.
