Vegetable Fritters
Ingredients:
- 1 Carrot Grated
- 1 Potato Grated
- 1/4 Bottle Gourd Grated( and removed all water)
- 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese Grated
- Salt very little (Cheese has salt already )
- 1tbsp Coriander Finely chopped
- Olive oil as required
- 1 green chilli finely chopped 1tbsp Self-rising Flour ( Maida)
- Water if required
Method:
- In a large bowl add all the ingredients, mix well n keep aside. ( add water if required) and knead into Medium dough.
- Make balls and press them slightly as Patties n keep ready.
- Heat one tsp of olive oil in an non-stick frying pan place n cook the flattened patty n cook both sides until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil if required on absorbent paper.
- Make as much as required and serve hot.
