Ingredients:
- 500gms banana ( 4large)
- 1/2 cup thick plain yogurt, chilled ( 420gms)
- 1tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1/2tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3cup Maple Syrup
Method:
- Slice the bananas into even rounds n layer in a freeze-proof container between sheets of non-stick backing paper.
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Place banana, yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon n maple syrup in a food processor and process for 3-5mins or until smooth.
- Spoon into a 1.5-litre capacity metal container n freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
- Drizzle with the extra maple syrup to serve.
