Home Made Energy Bar

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 2tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2tsp chopped Almonds
  • 2tsp chopped Walnuts
  • 1tsp Chopped Raisins
  • Olive oil few drops to grease
  • 2" box

Method:

  1. Heat a open pan on medium flame, add peanut butter and keep mixing until it starts to melt.
  2. To that add Honey, oats and chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Once combine and starts getting harder, remove from flame and let it cool.
  4. Now on a flat surface add the mixture, to that add Almonds, Walnuts and Raisins n mix well.
  5. Now grease the box with oil and place the mixture and tap it on kitchen top (to level the bars).
  6. Now cut them into Rectangular shape, and leave overnight in the fridge.
  7. Serve as required. It lasts up to a 10days kept in fridge.
