Ingredients:

1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts

2 Cucumbers finely chopped

1Green Chilli De-seeded finely chopped

1 Stick Curry leaves finely chopped

Salt to taste

1/2 Lemon Juice
-
1tsp Dried Cranberries
-
1tbsp Coriander Finely chopped

1tsp Dried Black Currants
Method:

Take a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
- Chilli it.
- Serve cold.
