Mung Bean Sprouts Salad


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
  • 2 Cucumbers finely chopped
  • 1Green Chilli De-seeded finely chopped
  • 1 Stick Curry leaves finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1tsp Dried Cranberries
  • 1tbsp Coriander Finely chopped
  • 1tsp Dried Black Currants 

Method:

  1. Take a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Chilli it.
  3. Serve cold.

Cranberries- is a powerful antioxidant, Fiber and prevent UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections).


Dried Black Currants - are a powerhouse of Nutrition and has Copper.
