Oats Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 1cup Rolled Oats
  • 2tbsp Semolina
  • 2 Green Chilli Finely Chopped
  • 1tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Olive oil to Grease
  • 1cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Grated Carrot
  • 1 Small Onion Finely chopped
  • 1Stick Curry Leaves finely chopped 

Method:

  1. Take a large bowl add ingredients one by one.
  2. Finally add water to it n mix well (it should have pouring consistency)
  3. Heat up a flat pan, once hot, pour the batter, cook on both side until golden brown greasing with oil.
  4. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice or eat is as it is.
