Oats Pancake
Ingredients:

1cup Rolled Oats

2tbsp Semolina
-
2 Green Chilli Finely Chopped
-
1tsp Cumin seeds
-
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
-
Salt to taste
-
Water as required

Olive oil to Grease
-
1cup Chopped Spinach
-
1 Grated Carrot
-
1 Small Onion Finely chopped
-
1Stick Curry Leaves finely chopped
Method:
-
Take a large bowl add ingredients one by one.
- Finally add water to it n mix well (it should have pouring consistency)
- Heat up a flat pan, once hot, pour the batter, cook on both side until
golden brown greasing with oil.
- Serve hot with any chutney of your choice or eat is as it is.
