Quick and Easy Coconut Truffle

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dry Coconut Powder
  • 1 tin sweet condensed milk
  • 15-20 Dry roasted Almonds

Method:

  1. Take a large bowl add 1.3/4cup coconut, to that add condensed milk n mix well.
  2. Let it rest for 25mins.
  3. Take a small quantity of the mixture n stuff 1 Roasted Almond and make small bite size balls and roll them on 1/4 cup of dry coconut.
  4. Store in air tight container pop it in the fridge.
  5. Serve as required.
