Red Pumpkin Paneer Pharatha
Ingredients:

1Cup Wheat Flour
-
1/2Cup Boiled and mashed pumpkin

1/2Cup Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

Salt to taste

1tsp Grated Ginger
-
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
-
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
-
1 Onions finely chopped
-
1tsp Carmon Seeds (Ajwain)
-
1tbsp Coriander Finely chopped
-
Water as required

Olive oil to Grease
Method:
-
Take a large bowl add ingredients one by one and mix it well, when dry.
- Now add few drops of oil and requried quality of water and mix the dough.
- Divide the dough as required and roll
the paratha and cook both side adding few drops of oil until golden brown on
medium flame.
- Serve hot with Yogurt or any chutney of your choice.
