Red Pumpkin Paneer Pharatha


Ingredients:

  • 1Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2Cup Boiled and mashed pumpkin
  • 1/2Cup Grated Cottage Cheese  (Paneer)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 1tsp Carmon Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1tbsp Coriander Finely chopped
  • Water as required
  • Olive oil to Grease 

Method:

  1. Take a large bowl add ingredients one by one and mix it well, when dry.
  2. Now add few drops of oil and requried quality of water and mix the dough.
  3.  Divide the dough as required and roll the paratha and cook both side adding few drops of oil until golden brown on medium flame.
  4. Serve hot with Yogurt or any chutney of your choice.

   Cottage Cheese: Contains Vitamin B-12, Protein, Calcium and Phosphorus.
