Mint and Beetroot Paratha

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped Mint
  • 1Large Beetroot Grated
  • 2tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1" Ginger Grated
  • Water as required
  • 1 Small Onion Finely chopped 1/4tsp Turmeric powder
  • Olive Oil to grease( as required )

Method:

  1. Take a large bowl add wheat flour and keep adding all the ingredients one by one.
  2. Add water as required and knead into Medium Soft dough. Rest the dough for 10mins.
  3. Make balls of the dough and roll them, not too thick nor too thin. And cook then on hot tawa until golden brown on both sides, adding required quantity of oil.
Serve hot with Fresh Yogurt/ Chutney of your choice.
