Ingredients:
- 450g potatoes cut into medium chunks
- Oil 3tbsp
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 450g cauliflower broken into florets
- 1tsp ground coriander powder
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Coriander finely chopped
- 1tbsp Ginger Julian strips
Method:
- Take some oil in a heavy bottomed sauce pan and heat, add the potatoes cubes and shallow fry till done, now heat oil in the same sauce pan add Cumin seeds and wait till they start crackle.
- Add the red chilli powder and stir for a minute adding turmeric powder and stir for a minute now add Gobi and fry, stir lightly.
- Now add the garam masala, Coriander powder, cumin powder and stir for few minutes, don’t stir they will break the cauliflower florets, adding the already fried potatoes cubes, now add salt.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander chopped and ginger Julian n serve hot with Naan or Rice.
