Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sago/ Sabudana
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 2tsp Plain Flour
- 1 Large Onion Finely chopped
- 4-5 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1Stick Curry Leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander Finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coconut grated
- Salt to taste
- 1tsp Cumin seeds
- Water as required
- Olive oil for Greasing
Method:
1.Take a large bowl add all the ingredients n mix well adding required quantity of water n mix well into pouring consistency.
2. Now heat the tava on medium flame n pour in the batter spreading the batter in a round shape n cook golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot immediately with coconut chutney.
