Vegetarian Burrito 

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Large Soft Tortillas
  • 1tbsp Mexican Spiced Rice
  •  1/2 Avocado chopped
  • 1 Jalapenos finely chopped (optional)
  • 1tbsp Coriander Finely chopped
  •  1tbsp Black Beans Salsa
  •  1tbsp Lettuce finely chopped
  •  1/2 Onion Finely chopped
  •  Salt if required 


Method:


1. The 1st step with burrito is take tortilla, put it on the hot pan or sandwich press, press it for few seconds, until nice n soft.
2. Place the tortilla on a flat surface add Spiced Mexican Rice n lay down the middle of the tortilla.
3. Next add chopped avocado n Black beans salsa beside the rice.
4. Add lettuce, onions n coriander.

Now Rolling the Burrito:

1. Get all the mixture in the middle of the tortilla, and fold the ends in equally.
2. Then, keeping a little bit of pressure on the tortilla, roll it over the top, all the way over and pull back gently on the tortilla ( no edges will be open).
3. Cut at angle n Serve immediately.
