Ingredients:
- 250 grams Paneer
- 1/4cup Fresh Coriander Finely Chopped
- 1tsp Extra Paneer for Garnish
- 3tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion chopped into strips
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 4 Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1/2tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/2cup Yoghurt
- 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2cup Milk
- 1/2cup water
Method:
- Chop the paneer into 2 inches fingers and keep aside, heat half the oil to that add Onion, ginger, green chilli and cardamom powder and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 7-8 minutes covered, to that add yoghurt and cook for 5 minutes, now add water and let it cool down.
- Blend this mixture in a mixer till smooth.
- Heat remaining Oil add the paste and boil to get
a thick gravy, just before serving heat the gravy and add milk and paneer and
boil for 3-4 minutes. - Garnish with chopped coriander and grated paneer.
Serve hot.
