Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup White Chia Seeds
- 1.1/2 Cup Coconut milk
- 1cup Almond milk / milk
- 1tbsp honey, plus extra for serving
- 1/4cup coconut flakes toasted
- Raspberry as required
- 1 Fresh Figs halved
Method:
1. Place the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk n honey in a large bowl n mix to combine.2. Refrigerate for 20 mins or until softened.
3. Divide between servings bowls n top with coconut flakes, raspberries n figs.
Drizzle with the extra honey to serve.
