Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup White Chia Seeds
  • 1.1/2 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1cup Almond milk / milk
  • 1tbsp honey, plus extra for serving
  • 1/4cup coconut flakes toasted
  • Raspberry as required
  • 1 Fresh Figs halved

Method:

1. Place the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk n honey in a large bowl n mix to combine.
2. Refrigerate for 20 mins or until softened.
3. Divide between servings bowls n top with coconut flakes, raspberries n figs.
Drizzle with the extra honey to serve.
