Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch Spinach
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- 1tbsp Fennel Seeds coarsely ground into powder
- 1tsp Cumin Seeds coarsely ground into powder
- 1tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Paneer
- ½ cup Tomato puree
Method:
1. Take fresh Spinach leaves then boil them in salted water for 5 minutes. Once done put it inthe blender make a paste and keep aside.
2. Take a heavy bottomed pan heat some oil, when hot add the powdered Cumin, Fennel, Dry Ginger Powder and the Garam Masala and cook it for a minute, now add chilli powder and pour all the yoghurt in the pan and let it cook it for 2 minutes.
3. Now pour the tomato puree and cook it for few minutes, add the salt and cooked paste of the spinach in it, once it starts bubbling cover it cook it for another 2 minutes.
4. Now add the paneer cubes and Serve hot with your choice of roti/naan/rice.
