Vegetable Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 230g Packed Corn Chips
  • 1tbsp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  •  1tbsp Fresh Coriander Finely chopped
  •  1 Medium Ripe Tomato
  •  1/2 Onion Finely chopped
  •  1tbsp Guacamole
  •  1tbsp tomato chilli salsa 
  • Salt if required 

Method:


1. Take a micro wave safe large plate or a bowl, layer the corn chips evenly.
2. Sprinkle 1/2 part of cheese as a layer.
Now add Tomato Chilli Salsa, chopped onion and layer of guacamole.
3. Now add chopped tomatoes n layer of remaining cheese n microwave until cheese melts.
Serve hot immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
