Nachos
Ingredients:
- 230g Packed Corn Chips
- 1tbsp Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1tbsp Fresh Coriander Finely chopped
- 1 Medium Ripe Tomato
- 1/2 Onion Finely chopped
- 1tbsp Guacamole
- 1tbsp tomato chilli salsa
- Salt if required
Method:
1. Take a micro wave safe large plate or a bowl, layer the corn chips evenly.
2.
Sprinkle 1/2 part of cheese as a layer.
Now add Tomato Chilli Salsa, chopped onion and layer of guacamole.
Now add Tomato Chilli Salsa, chopped onion and layer of guacamole.
3. Now
add chopped tomatoes n layer of remaining cheese n microwave until cheese
melts.
Serve hot
immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
