Kadhai
Paneer
Ingredients
For Masala:
- 2tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1inch Cinnamon stick
- 3 Cloves
- 4 Black Pepper Corns
For Gravy:
- 3tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Dried Red Chillies
- 1 Large Onion Finely chopped
- 2tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
- 1 Large Tomato Finely chopped
- 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Water if required
Other Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Onion cut into Cubes
- 1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper cut into cubes
- 250g Paneer cut into cubes
Method:
1. Firstly grind all the dry spices coarsely n keep aside.
2. Now
heat a pan add oil, when hot add broken Dried red chilli n finely chopped
onions n saute until onions are cooked.
3. Now
add garlic ginger paste n mix well n cook for 2mins.
4. Now
add coarsely ground masala n mix well n cook for 5mins.
5. Now
add chopped tomatoes n chilli powder n mix well n cook or until oil separates.
6. Now
add cubed bell peppers n onions n cook for 5 to 6 mins adding salt.
7. When
cubed vegetables starts getting soft now add cubed paneer, mix well n cook for
5 to 10 mins.
Serve
hot.
