Ingredients:
- 3 Large Capsicum chopped
- 1tsp Cumin seeds
- 1tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1pinch Asafoetida
- 1/2tsp Turmeric
- 2tsp Red Chili Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2tbsp Basan
- 2tbsp Coriander Finely chopped
- 2tbsp Olive oil
- 1tsp Coriander powder
- 1tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 Stick Curry leaves finely chopped
Method:
- Heat a pan add oil, when hot add cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Mustard seeds when crackle add currently leave n saute for a minute.
- Now add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala n mix well until oil separates from the spices.
- Now add chopped capsicum, mix well adding salt and cook until capsicum are soft.
- Now add chopped coriander and mix well, sprinkling Basan n cook for 5mins. ( add little more salt if needed).
Serve hot.
