Capsicum Masala

Ingredients: 

  • 3 Large Capsicum chopped 
  • 1tsp Cumin seeds 
  • 1tsp Mustard Seeds 
  • 1pinch Asafoetida 
  • 1/2tsp Turmeric 
  • 2tsp Red Chili Powder 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 2tbsp Basan 
  • 2tbsp Coriander Finely chopped 
  • 2tbsp Olive oil 
  • 1tsp Coriander powder 
  • 1tsp Garam Masala Powder 
  • 1 Stick Curry leaves finely chopped

Method:

  1. Heat a pan add oil, when hot add cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Mustard seeds when crackle add currently leave n saute for a minute.
  2. Now add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala n mix well until oil separates from the spices.
  3. Now add chopped capsicum, mix well adding salt and cook until capsicum are soft.
  4. Now add chopped coriander and mix well, sprinkling Basan n cook for 5mins. ( add little more salt if needed).

Serve hot.
